sounds like a software problem. is your map disc all scratched up? if the disc is fine, you'll probably have to send it to pioneer for service. i dont think there's anything you can do

I have a Pionner Avic-n3 Everything works fine except When entering a new adress ,after entering the the street # and a soon as I press OK it will retun to the map screen I am not able to enter the name of the street ?
