you have a ground problem you need to make sure you installed your farad cap right and make sure your ground wire and power wire are the same size

also remember your ground wire is just as important as your power wire

just as much juice flows through your ground wire as your power wire

also ground are super important '

make sure you remove all the paint off the area that you are going to ground and use washers our something to cover teh wire properly
