I'm installing the Pioneer AVH-p4100DVD and the GMOS-01into my Colorado. I did the by-pass according to your instructions. According to the instructions for the GMOS-01, I am to tie the Blue/white wires from the 14 and the 24 pin connectors to the blue wire coming from the HU. Is this the same wire I used to do the by-pass and if so, do I just use some t-taps to hook the other two wires into it? Hope this makes sense. Thanks.

Yes. That makes sense, just hook up the gmos like normal and tee tap into the blue/white and also the black ground wire. Or you can use extra wires into the butt conectors for the relay.
