I need to install a GPS antenna, Would I be able to put them on the front dash and or rear deck? Does it have to be on the roof and where is the best place.

What kind of GPS? most of them will work fine on the dash or the rear deck. some of the newer ones will actually work under the dash as long as its not under metal
