Make sure you are measuring AC not DC. Voltage should be atleast 2 volts. ALSO, what channels have you assigned to each output? Front L&R, Rear L&R, + sub?

Neil, Do you have access to a Digital Multi Meter? An oscilloscope & RTA would be nice too lol. Those 3 things would be great for diagnostic right now! If you have a DMM play a 40 hz test tone & check voltage of your RCA's coming out of your Bit Ten. Do this with both source inputs & write down the numbers. I just woke up so this is all I could think of. :)

Hi Neil, We really need more input. What type of vehicle. Are you using the factory source unit? What equipment do you have? What are your X-over points? Tell me everything about your system. I have a Bit Ten (non D with a DRC) & it is flawless! I hope to be able to help you.

Doug, I have a Bit Ten D that's going in the Tacoma. I can cover the Bit Ten D but it will lack the reference to the Bit One so you can fill in the blanks. Lol
