it might be so..but i realized just upgrading my speakers in my 1997 camry to the bottom of the line pioneer speakers made a huge lovable difference..and my new car with a little bit of dsp and mid level to high quality speakers will make it bomb...unless the difference between the P99RS and bitone is like having ipod headphones on vs dr dre studio beats

thanks doug. i was thinking about going that route but i figured i'd go with the pioneer stage 4 HU since i need a new HU anyways while includes i hear a sick as DSP all for 1g. and i learned how to integrate the istreamer to the head unit to allow charging for the ipad...all i need is a custom dash for a s2000. you guys seem the best in the business, how much to get one done with a motor from soundman?

will i be able to connect my ipad to it with charging capabilities and control music from the ipad and not the HU...cause my friend has a headunit from pioneer that when you plug your iphone in you have to control it from the HU

thanks brad for the reply....Istreamer is just there to connect to the bitone or HU so i can put it in a custom dash...but how much sq is lost if i run it through the HU and does the bitone process the HU outputs? and can you put the bitTen description in lamen terms. can i do it with my setup?

i'm trying to get an ipad install in my car and trying to peice information together. 

i want to install a bit one to process all the audio in my car from the ipad to the headunit. i have a couple questions:

 

 

 

1. If i connect the bit one to the HU, will the outputs on the headunit be audio processed? For example the Aux jack in front of the HU or the Pioneer Rear Ipod cable?

2. which is better sound quality, Istreamer to bitone OR Istreamer connected via a RCA to Headphone jack cable connected to the headunit aux jack located at the back of the HU. also of course HU to Bitone (second option is so i dont have to use the audison controller and use the HU to switch between all my sources.

 

Last question...If i have 2 highs 2 mids 2 bass speakers connected to an Aftermarket Amp with a one or two subs running in the trunk and of course the ipad install. I know the bit 10 is cheaper with less inputs. can it support all thats mention above?
