kicker is "okay" at best. i would look into some Hertz speakers. the're fairly inexpensive and they sound amazing. and the JL Audio J2 amps are cheap and great.

Dude I'm in shock. How is it that the JL J2 amp series are so low priced? What's the catch?

no catch, i use them all the time. they sound great. the're now super high end, but there still really good. Check out the new JL Audio XD amps that just came out. the xd's are the next step up, the're really small, you gotta see em.

I'm trying to set up a decent sound system without breaking the bank. Is the Kicker CVX any good? Also, how are the KS series speakers and components?
