Car Audio Forum - Product Discussion > Making a good decission

Hello,
We are looking to upgrade the audio system on our 2008 Avalanche. So far we have decided on a mid-gate subwoofer box. This holds two 10" subs.
We've looked at a couple options. One is the Boston SR-360 component speakers with the SR-365 coaxial, JL-HD900/5 amp and two JL 10" W3V3 subwoofers.
The other option is Hertz Energy line. Theirs is a package solution . This includes the EP5 amp and changing out the component energy speaker for the high energy component speaker. All other will be the Energy line.
In your experience could you recommend one option over the other? Specifically, for the Avalanche? Or perhaps there is another option I have not yet considered?
I appreciate your feedback.

Thanks.

hey Jay. I do a lot of systems with the Hertz High Energys and JL Audio HD amps. they sound great together, you'll love it. And with A avalanche JL Stealth Box you;ll have a goooood set-up.
