MB Quart used to be great. But... The company was bought by Rockford Fosgate and then sold again to Maxonics. So the speakers are no-where near the quality that they once were.

I would look into some Focal, Hertz, Morel, DynAudio. I always run Morel's in my car. they may be a little hard to find, but they sound amazing and they're not crazy expensive. Hertz speakers are also very reasonably priced and they sound great.
