Have two hertz hx300d and a powerbass 1500.1 do you know if thats a good amp for the subs or if there is another one that can do better at about the same price range as the powerbass
Those subs are crazy power hungry, and you'd be running at 1 ohm with that amp and with 1500w rms you be giving them enough power, but 1 ohm is going to kill that amp. I'd recommend a pair of mrp-m1000s because you can pick them up reasonably cheap right now and you have 2kw rms running at a nice 2 ohms each
Brad, running his Powerbass amp within the rated spec, which includes 1 Ohm operation, is fine. I imagine you would never sell that brand, but it's not a bad choice.
your right, Its a personal thing with 1 ohm it always comes back to bite me in the ass, ive heard decent things about powerbass but an mrp-m1000 is the same price, more proven, and makes more power @2 ohms

Since i have two subs and the max power of the amp is 3000 and if i put the subs at 1 ohm how much in total watts am i going to get
