  Anyone have any experiences or suggestions.  Been looking online and I'm just not sure what's a solid brand in the 5 channel arena.  I have Massive Audio RK-6 Comps up front, RK-6 CoAx in the back, FI Q12 for my sub. HU AVIC-x930bt.  Just looking for decent power and not breaking the budget.   HEre's what I've come up with:

   

  CADENCE ZRS-C8 2000 WATT 5-CHANNEL

  Polk Audio PA1100.5
  

  REF5.1000 SOUNDSTREAM

  Any suggestions, experiences, or reviewS?

  Jl xd 700/5 is solid and tiny the pdx5 is okay too or the kenwood xr5s is better than PDX but not as good as jl xd?...not a fan of Polk or sound stream personally

  I myself run two audison lrx 5.1k's but they're $1500 each retail and worth every penny...they have two channels that are full A class, 2 that are A/B switching and a single D class sub amp and sound insane

  A 5-channel amp is not going to be rated for nearly the power you want for RK6 and RX6 speakers. I'm hoping to snag a pair of RK6 mids to see what they're all about and I only have 120W RMS per side. I'm worried that's not going to be enough. You're typically looking at 75 or 100 watts on the front and rear channels of a 5-channel amp.
  
  My advice if you're really tight on space for amps is to downgrade to the CK6s up front and anything but the RX6 coaxials for the rear. They're way too power hungry for a 5-channel to do them justice. The Cadence ZRS amps look really nice for the money. You might know Soundman is now a Cadence dealer so maybe you can ask Doug for advice.

  I didn't even look at power handling for your drivers, I'd go for a JL HD1200/1 and an HD600/4 if your tight on space but they're pricey as hell, they are tiny to begin with and are stackable. I install at least 1 system a day with JL HD amps...you could probably get away with an HD900/5...if your tight on cash and have champaign taste on a beer budget...ebay, but not craigslist you wont have a record of any transaction

  Looks like I'm going with the 2 amp set up. Just got a Tru sr500 for my FI... may get the arc audio 4 channel or another tru amp. Audison is too expensive for me.

  Alpine MRX-V60. Not the biggest amp but under $500 at you LSS. Shop around and you could have 2 for that price.

  save your money for the audison 5 ch its worth every penny but that alpine v-60 is a nice budget amp but it could use more sub power

  Ended up going with 2 amps.
