Hey fellas, i recently picked up a new 2011 silverado crew cab. looking to install some bump into it. i had a tahoe with an alpine type r 10". sounded great. i want to move that speaker to my new truck. but i cant seem to think of a way to make a box to allow the proper room for it. the speaker has a mounting depth of about 6 and a half inches. the space under my back seat allows for a trapezoid box. (looking from the side of the truck) 5" tall in the back. 7" tall in the front. with a width of 14". can you guys think of any way of how to mount this thing? i love the type r. i picked it up for a hundred bucks. and im really not wanting to spend 300 bucks on a type r slim series. any help is greatly appreciated!
