Any amplifier designed for 2 Ohm operation will have no problems running that all the time. You can expect a bit more current draw and more heat when you run the system hard.

thats what I do? just make sure your not running more than 2000 watts or so on one 4 gauge run. Also remember that speaker amps won't pull current in lumps like a big subwoofer amp will.

It probably won't make 200 amps at idle. It probably won't make 200 amps at idle. I could break it down with the math for you, but it's just watts/voltage plus you factor in the guesstimated efficiency of your amplifiers and the duty cycle.
